We use the lithium batteries for our Simplicity and Riccar cordless vacuums. These batteries are awesome. They hold the charge for an hour and enable us to complete the vacuuming for our large church building. We have 15 of these cordless vacs and highly recommend them. The batteries are a necessity to operate so we are well pleased with this product.

I have had good success with this company. I’ve ordered several batteries from them for our Simplicity and Riccar cordless vacuums. One of the last shipments, however, I received a battery
that will not charge. I emailed the company and they have not responded. I will still give a 5-star rating, however and try to resolve my issue.
